Deliver & Returns Policy


We aim to dispatch orders withing 24 hours, Monday – Friday.

Orders place after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the Monday (Excluding bank holidays).

During peak times such as Christmas our dispatch time maybe two to three days. Any delays will be announced on the website prior to ordering.

Please allow seven days for delivery. If your item has not been delivered within this time please contact us.

Shipping address is your responsibility, any errors once posted cannot be rectified unless the parcel is returned to us. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as a replacement wont be sent free of charge due to a mistake on your part.

RETURNS Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. You have fourteen (14) days to notify us of a return. Once we have this notice you have another fourteen (14) days from the day you contacted us to return the item back to us. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 



To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
