Here are the frequently asked question from our customers.

What is a wax melt?

A wax melt is basically a scented candle without the wick, that can be melted in a tealight burner or an electric melter.

How do I use a wax melt?

Our wax melts come in different forms, but they are all melted the same way. Cut your melt to the desired size and place in the dish of your burner. If you’re using an electric wax melter, just switch it on.

If you’re using a tealight burnern, light an unscented tealight and place it under the wax in the bottom of the burner. After a few minutes the wax will begin to melt and will fill your home with your desired fragrance.

Never burn your tealight for more than two to three hours. Once you have extinguished the tealight the wax will begin to solidfy.

The wax can be remelted again and again until you can no longer smell the fragrance or until you wish to change frangrance.

We recommend splitting our two ounce pots into quarters as a little can go a long way. Always ensure you do not overflow your burner the wax will not evaporate you will need to dispose of it.
